For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit back in your original form of payment. We must be notified within 7 days by email. We will provide you with the form and instructions for returns. * All returns should be within 7 days of package receipt date.
* Please use packing pads if possible or smallest packing method as possible. Most importantly, please include a COPY OF THE INVOICE with indication of the items returning and the REASON FOR THE RETURN. Replacements will be granted upon request if available, please note on the invoice.
*Items not sent in the original package will be charged a restocking fee for either damaged or return items.
